ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents of Texas who are 21 years or older during the time of entry (the “Entrant”).
DRAWING/ODDS: On or about May 2, 2025, Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing by the Administrator. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Sponsor-specified premium Vlogging Camera (the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $700.
Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $3,500. Products or any other element received as a prize may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, or placed into any other unauthorized channels of distribution. Any prize pictured in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual Grand Prize awarded. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THEIR QUALITY OR CONDITION AND PROMOTION ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/household. Grand Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize award, receipt and/or use.
The Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates shall not be liable for any damages that occur during shipping, nor are they obligated to repair or replace any prizes that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. By participating, all entrants, including the five (5) Grand Prize winners, acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor’s obligations with respect to the prize are deemed fulfilled upon the Sponsor’s shipment of the prize, and the Sponsor shall have no further liability to any winner thereafter.
